- What happens on the demo?
- Half an hour on a video call with one of our team. We ask how you get work now, show you the platform on a real member's account, and tell you straight whether it's right for you. If it is, you can start on the call. If it isn't, we'll say so.
- Is it really everything for £299?
- Yes. Everything listed on the pricing page. There's no pay-per-lead on top and no setup fee we spring on you. The two things that aren't included are ad spend and printing, and we say so.
- How long until I'm live?
- Your profile goes live the day we've checked your insurance and ID. The website follows once we've got your services, areas and a few photos. We'll give you a date on the call.
- I'm not good with computers.
- You don't need to be. The one thing we ask is that you log each job on your phone, which takes about two minutes. Everything else is us. If you're stuck, you ring.
- Do I need to be a limited company?
- No. Sole traders are fine. You need public liability insurance that's in date and photo ID so we can verify you.
- What's the contract?
- We go through it on the demo and you get it in writing before you agree to anything. Nothing is taken until you've been verified.
